Disguised Haristreak (Strymon limenia [Hewiston])

Wing span: 15/16 - 1 3/16 inches (2.4 - 3.0 cm).

Identification: Forewing pointed. Underside of hindwing brown with 2 basal black spots and a postmedian line composed of black spot.

Life history: No reported.

Flight: April, May, December.

Caterpillar hosts: Unknown.

Habitat: Weedy openings and fields.

Range: West Indies and Florida Keys, although unreported from Keys since 1976.
