The Bat
Cave. Royal Ontario Museum. We are violating our rule about only North
American animals here, but this is such a great site we couldn't help
ourselves. The site is a reconstruction of a bat cave in Jamaica. Learn
about each of the bats found in the caves. There are lots of great pictures
with interesting information about each species of bat. You'll also find
a lot of interesting facts about bats in general and the myths and legends
that surround bats as well as the truth behind the stories.
